GLearn collects information you provide during registration (name, email, school, curriculum level) and data generated through your use of the platform (exam scores, question responses, study time, XP progress). We use this data solely to power your learning experience and provide personalised feedback.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to track your academic progress, generate BECE/WASSCE projections, power AI-assisted grading and feedback, and display your achievements on leaderboards. Teachers can view aggregated performance data for students in their school. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring that students can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted via TLS.

4. Your Rights

You can view and update your profile information at any time. You can delete your account from the Profile page, which will permanently remove your data from our systems. For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at privacy@glearn.app.

5. Cookies & Analytics

GLearn uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use anonymous analytics to improve the platform experience. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of GLearn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
